WHAT IS EMOTRANCE?
The word Emotrance comes from the combination of 'Emotional' and 'Transformation'.
Sylvia Hartmann, creator of
Emotrance, 2006, says:
'Emotrance is a truly fantastic system for brightening all our spirits and experiencing life in a new way.'
Emotrance is easy and it works. All you have to do is be aware of feelings and ask 'Where I you feel that in my body?
Emotions are the direct feedback devices that tell us the state of affairs in the energy body, whether we are happy, sad, injured, and where it needs help.
Emotrance transforms your experiences of emotional pain and suffering, of burdens and depression, rage, guilt, into something positive, such as joy, delight, relief, decisiveness — and puts a smile on your face.
WILL I NOTICE A DIFFERENCE IN MYSELF?
While you are experiencing Emotrance you may feel tingling, movements of energy in your body, and you follow the movements with your hands.
The practitioner also holds her hands away from your body where the feelings are and helps the process of softening the emotion and allowing it to flow out of the body.
When the energy blockage has softened and flowed out of the body, you often notice that you are not bothered by the problem any more, feel like laughing, breathe a big sigh of relief, and feel more confident.
